For HR leaders

A knowledge-transfer tool, not just another video platform.

SkillPlex fits the issues you already own — knowledge transfer before departures, onboarding, skills sharing, change management, consistent practices — and gives you indicators your LMS doesn’t produce.

Five situations you know

What SkillPlex changes, in practice.

“Our expert retires in six months.”

Years of special cases in a single head, and no procedure that covers them.

  • The team lead lists the critical know-how and creates targeted knowledge requests.
  • The expert records one video per topic, guided by the script, in quieter moments.
  • The business moderator approves; the transcript and summary make every video findable.

Result: a transfer plan steered by HR, rather than know-how lost when the expert leaves.

“Forty newcomers per quarter.”

The same questions come back with every intake and tie up the same colleagues.

  • The most frequent questions become knowledge requests.
  • Answers are recorded once, by the person who knows, and approved.
  • Newcomers ask MentorIA, which answers from those videos.

Result: onboarding that no longer depends on tutors’ availability.

“This expertise never leaves the team.”

Valuable know-how stays confined to one department or site, for lack of time to share it.

  • Experts film their key moves while they work, with no editing.
  • The business moderator approves, and sharing opens up to the relevant teams.
  • Colleagues find the right moment by asking MentorIA their question.

Result: skills that circulate between teams, not only within one.

“The new tool goes live next month.”

New tool, new technology or redesigned business process: one-off training is not enough to upskill teams.

  • Referents record the new ways of working in real situations, screen included.
  • Approved videos reach the teams before and after the roll-out.
  • Day-to-day questions are answered at the workstation, and HR measures adoption and sees what still needs explaining.

Result: upskilling supported over time, and measured.

“Aligning a practice across twelve sites.”

Each site has its own way of working; the policy memo changed nothing.

  • The reference site records the target practice, screen included.
  • The video is approved then shared with the relevant teams, subtitled and translated if needed.
  • HR tracks views site by site.

Result: a practice shown, not decreed, and measured.

The HR dashboard

Indicators you don’t have today.

Who contributes, what is watched, which topics are covered and which questions remain unanswered.

  • Contributions and views by team: recognise, follow up
  • Topics covered: see where know-how isn’t captured yet
  • Unanswered questions: know what to capture first
Getting started

Success depends on the business moderators, not on the tool.

Start with a team that has an immediate reason to use it: an announced departure, a new intake, a change of tool, a practice to align. Three decisions are yours: appoint a business moderator per team, choose two or three starting teams, and recognise those who share. The dashboard then tells you where to expand.
