Personal data

The information entered in the demo request form (name, business contact details, company, position, headcount, situation, availability, message) is processed by TECH’UP Consulting on the basis of your consent, for the sole purpose of contacting you about SkillPlex. It is sent by email to TECH’UP Consulting, kept for no more than three years after the last contact, and is never sold or transferred.

The website host also keeps technical connection logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security and the proper operation of the service, for a limited period.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data by writing to contact@techup-consulting.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tools. Fonts and video are hosted on the site itself: no data is sent to any third party when you visit.
